The architecture and interiors of this downtown condo by Garret Cord Werner were created by merging two smaller condos into one. Both spaces were gutted and completely rebuilt with a high level of attention to architectural detail. Ceilings were dropped a minimal amount to define spaces, and feature custom designed nickel light fixtures, nickel ceiling panels, and back-lite cast glass accents. Cozy window seats form part of the vocabulary of the design and provide ample soft seating areas to lounge and relax. The main hall features a red leather floor that accents the client’s wonderful sculpture by Julie Speidel. The master bath features one of our trademark baths that is situated along a window wall with opening glass doors to bring the exterior environment inside.
